William Moseley is a British actor best known for his role in the film series Chronicles of Narnia. He is born on April 27, making him a Taurus. Tauruses, as symbolized by the bull, are known for their dependability and strength. They are a solid and practical group, always persistent and driven to achieve their goals.
William is the son of a cinematographer and a housewife. Born and raised in the Gloucestershire area of England, he is the eldest of three siblings. He had to repeat his upper sixth year because he missed too many classes as he was filming Chronicles of Narnia: the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
He made his debut appearance on tv with Cider with Rosie in 1998. It was through the help of casting director Pippa Hall who also recommended him for the role of Peter Pevensie when directors were casting for The Chronicles of Narnia. After eighteen months of grueling auditions, he won the role and was signed. The movie garnered critical and box-office success and was followed up by the movie The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. Moseley made a cameo appearance as Peter in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader despite his character's absence in the book which the film is based on. He won the 2008 Nickelodeon’s UK Kids Choice Award for Favorite Male Film Star and was nominated for a Young Artist Award in 2008 for his role in The Chronicles of Narnia.
Aside from acting, he spends his time for the Stand Up to Cancer cause, lending his voice along with other young stars. Next up, he is set to star in the film A Great Education alongside Emma Roberts.
Tauruses are frequently pegged as practical more than intellectual. They are more of a follower than a leader, but this is not to say that they don’t have ideas themselves. In fact, they would rather have their own opinions rather than accept the general consensus. When they follow a leader, they will look up to them with loyalty and trust. They are balanced, stable and mature individuals and great lovers of peace.
They are great art lovers, often appreciating the natural beauty of life itself. They have a strong religious faith and are very industrious and diligent with their undertakings. In their personal relationships, they are amorous but straightforward. They make loving and faithful partners. Since 2005, William has been rumored to be dating actress Anna Popplewell, who is his costar in the Narnia film series.
